SWEAT by Swetha – Personal Training

 

It’s time to take charge of your body, take control of your health and work towards those goals you’ve been planning for.

With SWEAT by Swetha, you will get the benefit of customized one-on-one sessions that will be tailor-made to ensure that you get the results you are aiming for. We start with a basic fitness analysis, taking into account your current fitness levels, your lifestyle, limitations and long term goals.

We will work with you to create personal training modules that keep you excited and challenge your body and mind everyday. With close to 10 years of experience, we at SWEAT can help you with increasing core strength, reducing body fat, developing flexibility and getting back into shape after an injury, break or illness.

You can choose to purchase sessions or packages with us. We do recommend that you commit to at least a 3-month plan to see results, but we understand your schedules and are flexible about it. Personal Trainers start at INR 1500 per hour and personal sessions with me work out to anywhere between INR 3000 to 5000 per hour depending on what you’re looking for.

We also offer Couple Training packages, which is a fun and interactive way to get fit along with your significant other. Three to five people can also sign up for Group Training – our circuit driven training modules will leave you all feeling pumped and rearing to go.
